Salons close, favorite hairstylists have retired or left the area, and some even changed careers (we don’t understand why). This may have you wondering: who does the best haircuts, who’s the best hairdresser, or where’s the best hair salon for color?  It’s all so nerve-wracking to find the best hairdresser in LA!!!!!! 

My recommendation when searching for the best hair salon is to book a consultation or a blow-dry with your selected hairstylist so you can feel confident in my knowledge, skill, and service. We offer consultations in the salon or a virtual consult via Zoom for your convenience.   

To add to consumer frustration, there are so many hair care products on the market. Which hair products work the best, and what products work for your specific hair type? 

There are many great hair salons out there. At BLU Salon Apothecary, we try hard to be the best hair salon. We offer KINACTIF & KINESSENCE hair care products made in Spain. We have searched long and hard to find hair care and hair color that uses top-tier technology, has a high percentage of naturally derived ingredients, and is free of heavy perfumes. We think we’ve found it with KIN Cosmetics. 

We also have added air & body care lines that we have designed, formulated, and made “in-house”.
